API Tower – Tecom
Project Description: Premium apartment building (2 B + G + 22 Floors) in TECOM area comprises 192 nos. 2BR & 3BR Premium Apartments plus commercial spaces. Other features include a rooftop swimming pool, gymnasium and underground parking.

Scope of Works
- 1,440 tons of cooling load connected to FAHUs (3nos) and FCUs (898 nos) through Primary and Secondary Chilled Water Network.
- Fire Fighting System including Fire Pump Sets, Breaching Inlet, Fire Hose Cabinets, Fire Extinguishers, Wet Sprinklers, Pre-action System for Lift Machine Room and FM200.
- Cold Water and Hot Water Distribution System.
- Water and Soil Stack Drainage Distribution System.
- Sanitary Wares and Washroom Accessories.
- Low Voltage Switchgear comprising Main Switchboards (2,500 A) each with associated Capacitor Banks, SMDBs, DBs, MCCs & Feeder Pillars.
- Standby Diesel Generator (400 KVA) complete with ATS Panel.
- Busbar Risers and Low Voltage Cables Distribution Network.
- Normal & Emergency Lights, Lighting Control System, Wiring Devices, Central Emergency Battery System and Distribution.
- Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control System, MATV System, Intercom System, Video System, Structured Cabling Network and Building Management System.
- Earthing and Lightning Protection System.
