DWC Airport Bus Staging Facilities
Project Description: MEP works for Bus Staging and Maintenance Facilities for Dubai World Central Al Maktoum Airport at Jebel Ali, UAE
Project Type: Build only.

Scope of Works
- 300 tons of cooling load comprising Package Air Conditioners and Split Units with Air Distribution System.
- Firefighting System including Fire Pump Sets, Breaching Inlet, Fire Hose Cabinets, Fire Extinguishers and Wet Sprinklers.
- Cold and Hot Water Distribution System.
- Water and Soil Stack Drainage Distribution System; Storm Water System.
- Sanitary Wares and Bathroom Accessories.
- Compressed Air System.
- 11KV Ring Main Units, RMUs (2 nos.), Dry type Transformers (2 nos.) and 2 kilometers of MV cabling works.
- Low Voltage Switchgear comprising Main Distribution Boards, Capacitor Banks, MCCs, SMDBs, DBs and Feeder Pillars.
- Diesel Generator Sets (3 nos.) with ATS Panels.
- Earthing and Lightning Protection System.
- Interior and Exterior Light Fitting including Street Pole Lights and Wiring Devices.
- UPS and Emergency Central Battery Systems.
- Lighting Control, CCTV, Security Access Control, Fire Alarm, VESDA, Intercom and Visitation System, Public Address, Audio Visual and Structural Cabling Network System.
- Building Management System.
