Hilton Beach Resort – Ras Al Khaimah
Project Description: This four star boutique beach resort on a 600m long stretch of reclaimed & shaped bay in Ras Al Khaimah consists of 151 rooms and suites in 39 chalets, several F&B outlets in two buildings, three swimming pools and a dedicated 22,000 sqft Spa and reception building. The design stage was fact tracked & completed three months prior to start of work on site. The Design & Build approach saved the client in excess of six months of conventional design development and tender periods, resulting in cost savings and an early start of the revenue cycle. The project was completed in exactly 366 days.
