Project Description: Neighborhood Retail Centre building in AL BADRAH area comprises 15 nos. retail units, 10 Nos. F&B Outlets and an Anchor Store.

Scope of Works
- Chillers, FAHUs, AHUs, FCUs, DX Split Unit CHW System, Ventilation System comprising Extract Ventilators and Smoke Extract Fans.
- Firefighting System including Fire Pump Sets, Breaching Inlet, Fire Hose Cabinets, Fire Extinguishers, Wet Sprinklers, FM200, Deluge Systems and Fire Suppression System for LPG Tanks.
- Cold and Hot Water Supply System including GRP Panel Type Water Tank (380 m3), Booster pump set, Water Heater with PPR Hot & Cold Water Distribution System.
- Waste and Soil Stack Drainage System; Rain Water and Condensate Drain System
- Sanitary Wares, Bathroom Accessories and Swimming Pool.
- Centralized LPG System comprising overhead tanks with associated piping and safety controls for gas distribution.
- Building Management System with Remote Energy Monitoring Units.
- Low Voltage Distribution Network including LV Panels, MCCs, SMDBs, DBs, Feeder Pillars and Capacitor Banks.
- Standby Diesel Generator and ATS Panel.
- Earthing and Lightning Protection System.
- Internal and External Light Fittings, Parking Light poles, Central Battery, Emergency Lighting and Wiring Devices
