Scope of Works
- 533 Tons of cooling load; Chilled Water Pumps and 5 km of Pre-insulated Chilled Water Piping network connected to FAHUs and FCUs.
- Complete Fire Fighting System including Fire Pump Sets, Breaching Inlet, Fire Hose Cabinets, Fire Extinguishers, Wet Sprinklers and FM200.
- Water Supply, Drainage and Irrigation Network.
- Sanitary Wares, Washroom Accessories and Swimming Pool.
- Gas pipe works.
- Low voltage Switchgear comprising of 2500A LV Panels (4 nos.), MCCs, SMDBs, DBs, Feeder Pillars and Capacitor Banks.
- 3100 Nos. Light fitting and Wiring Devices.
- Earthing and Lightning Protection Systems.
- Building Management and Fire Alarm System; Structured Cabling Network.
- Zoned School Bell System.
