Beit Al Bahar - Dubai
Project Description: A luxury boutique resort within the Jumeirah Beach Hotel Resort and Burj Al Arab hotel, consisting of 19 Nos. two & three bedroom chalets with private pools; Club House, Service Block and Plant Room. The contract was secured following an extensive value engineering exercise, which resulted in a 35% cost saving.

- 150 Tons of cooling load; Chilled Water Pumps and CHW distribution network connected to 4 Air Handling Units and 42 Double-skinned Fan Coil Units.
- Fire Fighting Sprinkler Network.
- Cold & Hot Water Distribution Systems.
- Water and Soil Stack Drainage System.
- Low voltage Main and Sub Main Switchboards, MCCs and DBs.
- Normal & Emergency Lights, Lighting Control System, Wiring Devices and Small Power Systems.
- Fire Alarm System, MATV System, Telephone & Intercom System.
- Building Management System.
- Earthing & Lightning Protection System.
